Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.  You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination - especially during peak shipping periods.

Purchases are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely to you. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged shipments once the Postal Service takes possession of your package. If your package is lost in the mail, damaged during transit, or delayed due to weather conditions, you will need to contact USPS directly.  

Currently, we ship to valid residences, hotels, or commercial establishments in the U.S only. We do not ship internationally.

Rush Orders/Next Day Shipping is available for a fee. Rush Fee is non-refundable. Please contact us at teamfancy@ohsofancyparty.com for a quote. 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of order and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. We do not issue refunds, but instead you will receive store credit. Please be aware that some of our items are non-returnable (i.e., all custom orders). Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once we begin creating your special order. Sale products are final sale and can not be returned.

In the event that you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email for approval, at which time you will receive the return address and authorization number. Items eligible for return must be authorized, unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of the date your order was received. Store credit will be provided after the return has been received. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure any returns are shipped prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for documentation purposes. Make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box (not a paper envelope or padded mailer), as damaged returns cannot be accepted.
