How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, unless they contain handmade items. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed within the next 1-3 business days (we don't ship on Saturdays or Sundays!).

Current shipping times (please note: other than Priority Mail Express, these are estimates not guarantees!):
* USPS Priority Mail shipping: 2-3 business days
* USPS Priority Mail Express shipping: 1-2 business days
* USPS First Class Package shipping: 2-6 business days (*NOTE: this is longer as of Oct 1, 2021 due to new USPS policies.)

* USPS Parcel Post shipping ("free" shipping): 5-8 business days

Please note: these are guidelines and not guarantees. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for USPS transit times or delays.

I used the wrong shipping address when I placed my order!

Please let us know of any address issues as soon as possible. Once your package has been shipped and dropped off to the post office, we are unable to recall it or make any address changes. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address based on customer error. If your package is returned to us and you wish to have us re-ship it, you'll need to pay for shipping again.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed during shipping? Or says it was delivered but I never received it?

Once your package leaves our hands, the USPS is responsible for getting it to you on time and in tact. If the postal service misplaces your package, delays delivery, or loses your package you'll need to contact your local post office to resolve the issue - they need to speak to the recipient so you can answer specific questions about your mailbox location, etc. We are not liable for packages once they have been transferred to the USPS.

If tracking shows it was delivered, but you never received it, please check with your neighbors and then contact your location post office. They can look into your shipment's progress and escalate an investigation on your behalf, which we are unable to do on our end.

My package arrived and an item was incorrect or missing!

Please contact us as soon as possible and if it was our error, we'll ship out the correct items immediately, along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item(s) if necessary. When you message us, please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place.

If you ordered an item in error, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item. The return shipping costs and exchange item shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can I return my custom, personalized, or handmade order? If my custom order hasn't shipped yet, can it be cancelled?

We do not accept returns on custom, personalized, or handmade orders, unless the item was clearly damaged during shipment and is no longer usable.

Our time is valuable and we spend a lot of time working with you to create a special and unique item that you'll be happy with. Once we begin creating your item, the order cannot be cancelled. If we have not yet started creating it, we are happy to cancel the order and refund you. We hope you understand.

Do you accept returns on non-custom/non-handmade items? Can I cancel my non-custom order?

We happily accept returns/exchanges on any non-custom/non-handmade items that are damaged in transit or defective.

Any other returns will be at our discretion - please contact us. If we authorize a return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount or free shipping on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered and you must first contact us for approval.

Clearance items, custom products, and seasonal merchandise may not be returned unless damaged or defective.

Non-handmade orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
