We know you’re excited to celebrate, so we work quickly to get your order out the door. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Englewood, Colorado warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within the next 1–2 business days.

Local Pickup | Englewood, CO
Conveniently located just south of Denver, we offer free local pickup from our Englewood warehouse.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. Most pickup orders are ready within a couple hours up to a business day depending on when your order is placed. Please wait for notification that your order is ready and note the hours available for pickup.
Local pickup is the fastest way to receive your order and a great option for last-minute celebrations.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or recall the package. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we are happy to reship it. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any promotional discounts or free shipping will be deducted from the return.
Clearance and seasonal items are final sale and not eligible for return.
